The development will include 387 residential units, positioned above a podium with integrated parking and ground-floor retail. The project combines residential density with an active street-level presence along North Carpenter Street.

A total of 8,250 sf of retail space will activate the ground floor, while 157 parking spaces are incorporated within the podium. The tower’s glazed facade gives the project a clean vertical expression within the Fulton Market context.

Above the podium, Level 4 will feature an amenity terrace with lounge, game/kitchen, co-working, yoga, fitness, and outdoor terrace areas, creating a shared residential environment elevated above the street.
