Updated Details Revealed For 400 N Elizabeth Street In Fulton Market
Updated details have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 400 N Elizabeth Street in Fulton Market. The unique wedge shaped site is bound by N Ogden Avenue to the west, W Kinzie Street to the south, and rail tracks to the north. The new concept is being developed by Mark Goodman & Associates with local architecture firm Archeo Design Studio working on its design.

Updated Design Revealed For 1201 W Fulton In Fulton Market
Updated designs have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 1201 W Fulton in Fulton Market. Located on the intersection with N Racine Avenue on the western edge of the neighborhood, the tower is one of three-projects in the area that have revealed updates this week. Developer Fulton Street Companies is now working with GREC Architects on the revised designs.

Developer Fulton Street Cos has received approval for the redesign of the mixed-use development at 1201 W. Fulton. Located at the southwest corner of W. Fulton Market and N. Racine Ave, the project site is currently occupied by a one-story structure which already has a demolition permit issued for its removal.

The Plan Commission will review developers Mark Goodman & Associates and Weldon Development Group’s new scheme for a mixed-use development at 400 N. Elizabeth. Fronting N. Elizabeth St, the irregularly shaped lot is bound by W. Ogden Ave to the west, N. Elizabeth St to the east, and Metra rail tracks to the north and south.
