Striking new luxury residential 34-story tower designed by Goettsch Partners (GP) in downtown Nashville, adjacent to the Amazon anchored Nashville Yards development. RKO provided Design Assist services for the building envelope from Design Development phase through Construction. Services Included are:

·       Technical detailing and specifications assistance for a fully unitized enclosure system

·       Budgeting assistance and design alternates evaluation

·       Construction supervision
